Challenge
Multinational manufacturing firm aimed to put the accounting and finance department to the next level. The client wanted to leave behind the existing Excel-based reporting for an easier and less time-consuming process. Since accounting was open to new technologies and learning they requested a few Power BI training sessions after the development phase.
Solution
Squery team first consolidated and cleaned all the various data sources (company’s ERP system & various Excel files) while the requirements for the dashboard design were collected and approved by the client. 4 different Power BI dashboards have been implemented as a replacement for the old process. After handing over the new solutions consultants organized training sessions and created training materials to educate the client’s team.
