Challenge

Our client was only able to measure the performance of its employees, departments, and the company as a whole through weekly or monthly updates or ad-hoc manual Excel reports and queries from the various systems. This slowed down decision-making and made continuous performance measurement difficult as there are lots of different data sources where information is gathered.

Solution

Multiple Power BI reports were developed and maintained for the client, which could connect to all the data sources used by them. The different reports have enabled our client to track key KPIs at individual and company levels, they are also tracking the success of campaigns launched by the company and are giving valuable information about the performance of key clients, based on real-time data.
