The client required support for a KPI and process review as part of a global initiative to restructure efficiency measurement. The focus was on infield logistics—equipment, resources, and personnel involved in oil extraction. The challenge was to develop comparable performance indicators across global locations, which required standardizing processes and data sources while coordinating with the in-house data engineering team.
Solution
We worked with teams across multiple global locations to create a unified set of KPIs for infield logistics, standardizing processes and data to ensure consistency and comparability. This involved close collaboration with the in-house data engineering team to manage data ingestion effectively. Based on feedback from senior management, we designed and deployed several Tableau dashboards to visualize and monitor these KPIs, providing real-time insights that support decision-making.
